The Great Falls Farmers Market  returns on Wednesday, May 5th, 2010, on the corner of 2nd Street and Avenue A in Turners Falls, right next to the Great Falls Discovery Center. For opening day, students from the Great Falls Middle School will bring their musical instruments and entertain shoppers starting at 4:00 p.m.

The market is held each Wednesday afternoon, rain or shine, from 2pm - 6pm and continues through October. The market always carries produce and plantings, but also offers and encourages crafts, baked goods, meats, fresh eggs, and preserves. Civic groups are always welcome to participate. Entertainment is frequently offered.
