Oweihops is a band from the Pioneer Valley led by Singer/songwriter Michael Metivier. As the Valley Advocate describes, Oweihops combines "elements of folk and indie rock with a bit of country twang to evoke a more rustic atmosphere: think sitting around a woodsy cabin, passing a bottle and playing a few tunes by candlelight.

5pm: Micheal Orlen
Michael Orlen is a singer songwriter with roots in the Boston music scene of the late sixties and early seventies. His songs are confident expressions of optimism with a dose of irony thrown in. He also draws on an extensive knowledge of twentieth century folk, blues, and ragtime music to choose songs that resonate in today's world.
6pm: Chris Scanlon
U-Turn (2007, Plaid Jacket Records) is Chris Scanlon's first full-length solo album. Recorded at Sow's Ear Studios with engineer/producer Scot Coar (Angry Johnny and the Killbillies), it features Afro-percussion master Tony Vacca (Sting, Gokh-bi System), Maggie Nowinski (Thrillpillow), New York City jazz trumpeter Greg Glassman and singer-songwriter and fellow Plump alumni Carrie Ferguson. On u-turn Scanlon takes us to his Jersey shore, full of old ghosts, tired battles, disrupted homes and strong bloodlines.

Use scientifically accurate replicas of Connecticut River fish to learn about resident fish of the Connecticut River as well as the amazing migratory fish that return to the river each spring. Historic Bike Tour!

Saturday's festivities start with a Water Under the Bridge historical bike tour along the Turners Falls Bike Path that highlights the history of the bridges in Turners Falls and Montague City. Come learn about the many challenges associated with getting over the Connecticut River historically in our villages. How do these challenges compare with our current Gill-Montague bridge construction troubles? White bridge, red bridge, green bridge, one way, which way, fish way? Find out more!

Tom Woodbury is a singer-songwriter who, armed with an acoustic guitar and a handful of capos, sings about his quirky view of the world, blending folk with some tasteful pop and rock. He's been writing and playing for well over twenty years now.
4pm: Steve Nelson
Steve Nelson is a two-time winner of the SESAC Americana Music Award, received an Emmy nomination for Sesame Street and scored two Emmy-winning TV series, and contributed to the recent Grammy-nominated Guy Clark album, "Workbench Songs." After quietly slipping us songs all these years via the voices of pop megastars (Barbra Streisand, Dusty Springfield, Paul Anka), Nashville legends (Guy Clark, Doug Stone), Steve has gotten back out to perform favorite songs you may already know - plus a shimmering collection of new ones.
6pm: Darlingside
Darlingside is a group of five multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriters with musical influences ranging from Radiohead to Nickel Creek, Beethoven to Phoenix. Elegantly crafted cello-violin duets, soaring harmonies, catchy hooks and compelling beats are all part of Darlingside's evolving sound. After spending their first few months as a band writing tunes holed up in their house (reminiscent of the Grateful Dead's 710 Ashbury except with less substance-abuse and more granola), these five are amped to begin touring Western Mass, New England, and eventually, Japan. Konichiwa, and we'll see you out there.
7:30pm: Ghost Quartet

Interesting guitar driven pop/rock that sounds very much like a cross between My Dad Is Dead and The Wedding Present. The Mitchells is the trio comprised of Mike MacLean (drums), Jon Herbert (bass), and Caleb Wetmore (guitar, vocals).

Opel's sound has been described as "reminiscent of 60's psychodelic rock with a touch of R&B flavor",
11:30 Space Captain
"Space Captain was conceived of a cosmic supernova, an explosion so blinding, so great as to jeopardize existence as we know it. In a blur of infinite colors, emotions, and particles of sound, what was left behind was a new wave of music, a sound merging elements of psychedelia from the sixties rock phase of The Doors and Pink Floyd to more modern indie/alt rock acts such as Beck and The Pixies.

1pm: Ray Mason
Ray and his road-worn 1965 Silvertone guitar have been tirelessly touring since 1982. Starting his first band in 1966 and averaging over 100 shows a year, Between 1983-1990 Ray released five critically acclaimed (cassette only) albums. He followed them with a single on his own Captivating Music label and has appeared on numerous compilations from such labels as Signature Sounds, East Side Digital, Shimmy Disc, Sound Asleep (Sweden), Dren Records and Paisley Pop.

5pm: Carrie Ferguson Band
Joyful Melancholy Music. Her first full-length solo record, Riding On the Back of The Wind, out in February 2010, is a catchy, exuberant collection of melodic story pop. More Carrie here.
7pm: Brooke Brown Saracino
Since finishing college in 2005, Brooke Brown Saracino has made a fearless plunge into the crowded world of folk music and she hasn't gone unnoticed. She's been honoured in the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival Singer/Songwriter Showcase every year since 2005, competed in the 93.9 the River's Singer/Songwriter contest, and was selected to perform in last year's Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase. Brooke has opened for Lori Mckenna, Cheryl Wheeler, Anais Mitchell and Chris Pureka among others.

23-year-old musician, a passionate environmentalist and a curious mischief maker. I love comfortable clothing, high fives, cool hats, good beer, good people, and I am terribly addicted to fantasy baseball. I have been writing music for about six years, and studying voice for about the same. I've proudly played in a Mariachi band, performed in an a capella group, and crooned for a sixteen piece big band. Neoteny is my debut album and is a true reflection of my personality, song writing, and aspirations. My hope is that the album takes you all on an adventure through the depths of my mind. Presentense is an acoustic duo with a wide sound palette. It features Paul on guitar, harmonica and vocals and Jennie on lead vocals, keyboard, mandolin and djembe. They have been playing an eclectic mix of music together under different names since 2005, but today create their own sound that combines influences of jazz, gypsy jazz, blues, french music and even operatic training. They continue to be inspired by local artists and musician friends from around New England and present their sound to a wide variety of audiences. Filled with unique vocal harmonies and diverse songwriting, Presentense has a delivery that entertains all types of music lovers.
